I need you to see this. There’s people out there, your neighbors, that have every right to be here as much as you do. If you’re troubled by any of this, put yourself in the shoes of the less unfortunate. Look towards your communities and ask yourself why we live in trying times.

Follow. The. Money. The Working Class needs to wake up. POC, LGBTQ+, Women, Men, Children.. your identity, your creed, your rights..

We’re all in danger. Do something different.

As the time approaches, a new year has come. And a lot of work to still grind out and keep reaching for. Family, The Sailing Wind

“On stranded seas, far may land be. Anxious and lonely feelings of a sail with no breeze. Long have I drifted, wondering where and when I’d be.”

And then you just see it, the thing you missed for a really long time. It’s the simple things, really. The catching wind turned into a beautiful gale.

Took a candid photo with my brother and mom, and will be one of my favorites for a while. A moment that will join a growing album of new and much needed memories. What can I say? I’m pretty sentimental! :)

Definitely more to come.

Small Adventures, Time Flies

It’s been almost a year since I’ve been chasing photography more professionally, working up my people’s skills and know-how’s. It’s been a lot of fun, and I’ve learned a lot—in myself, mostly. I just gotta take more risks and hammer out the undesirables. Mmm, and as a reminder to myself, this is only just the beginning.

If you ever feel less than perfect, which I’d imagine is most of us from time to time, remember to humble any self doubts. You’ve been doing great so far, and I’m glad to have you around. :)

Great Memory Obtained, Mr. and Mrs. Wenger!

For as long as we’ve known you, I can 100% say with great certainty that you’ve made a huge impact in many of our lives, Nick.

As creatives, or just simply dreamers, part of my growth wouldn’t have existed without you. The power of talking about our potential and where we can go has always bolstered my spirit. My core memory is us just simply talking about our vulnerabilities in the theater parking lot in Escondido, and I can’t even remember what movie we were watching if at all, but all I remember was just how much of a genuine person you made me feel. And even post then, how much care to detail you place onto friendships with not just ours but every person you’ve graced with your spirit and love. And to see that effect take place in you when you look at your beloved wife, just by those brief moments alone I could tell you’ve found the part of you that you’ve always been looking for.

The sheer excitement I have for you two cannot be displayed as mere words but if I were to quantify it as anything it’ll be as such: Sempiternal Joy.

And to you, Yangla, though our meeting was brief, the beauty of your spirit, the excitement of your visage, and the way you gaze upon my friend made us all melt both in the ceremony and celebration. Your light in this world has met its match, and for that, I thank you. Thanks ever so kindly.
